Pipe Lines & Transport

NEED FOR COATING : The function of protective coating is to prevent highly corrosive industrial fumes, liquids, solids, or gases from contacting the reactive underlying substrate of the structure.

What is pipe line coating?

Pipe coating is a cost-effective means of protecting a pipeline from corrosion and other elements that can damage it, thereby maintaining the integrity of the pipeline. The coating can either be internal or external or both depending on application.

Prevention from corrosion

Protective linings or special coatings can prevent corrosion in pipes as well as other surfaces. That includes things such as beams, joints, and bolts. For instance, galvanization works by adding a layer of zinc to metallic surfaces such as steel or iron.
