Silicon Modified Coatings

Ultra-high solid siloxane-hybrid coatings (SILIKOGARD and SILIKOPOX) combines the most effective corrosion protection (C5 Class!) with easy handling in just two layers. This highly effective partnership of perfectly formulated products leads to higher productivity by improved curing speed and lower total film thickness.
Total costs can be significantly reduced by this two-layer system and it will be environmental friendly due to a VOC release of only 20 g/m².

SilikoGard 1101
Silikogard 1101 is a two-component, high performance, high gloss, polysiloxane based finish coat. It provides a polyurethane-like finish with exceptional weatherability, chemical resistance, gloss and color retention and contains no isocyanate. It is available in a virtually unlimited color range. Product is used as top coat.
USES:
Silikogard 1201 is used as high solids exterior durable coating for the Marine, Architectural, and Industrial Protective Coatings market. Coating can be applied directly to zinc-rich coating, bare steel or aluminum substrates
SilikoGard 1102
Silikogard 1102 is a two-component, very high solid, high performance, high gloss, polysiloxane based finish coat. It provides a polyurethane-like finish with exceptional weatherability, chemical resistance, gloss and color retention and contains no isocyanate. It is available in a virtually unlimited color range. Product is used as top coat.

SilikoGard UPC1104
Pipe corrosion under insulation is a severe problem in industries. The condition becomes more severe when temperature is high or lower from atmospheric condition. Silikogard UPC 1104 is a perfect choice for Universal Pipe coating, with temperature range of -196 to 650 degree centigrade.
SilikoPox 121
SilikoPox 121 is an Environmentally friendly 2-pack silicone-epoxy resin based highly resistant coating with low VOC content, high solids, isocyanate-free, high gloss in pigmented or clear coat systems, excellent resistance to corrosion, weathering and chemicals.
